Some basic info to get you started:
Please use the Casting Request system to create and monitor agency responses for each request to book a performer. Additional instructions and screenshots are available to to logged-in casting directors and agents via the FAQ link at the bottom of each page.
Quick start hint: use the "Find Performers" link in the top menu to browse pre-defined categories or list recently added performers. Performers who frequently update their availability calendars automatically receive a higher Agencyclick search ranking.
For the Availability Calendar system, refer to this color code for the calendar strip under each listing:
White (default): Performer availability unknown
Green: Performer is available on that day
Red: Performer is booked on that day
Dark Gray: Performer is not available on that day
Light Gray: Performer is on "HOLD" (Agent waiting for confirmation)
