Agencyclick Plus - Modify Availability Calendar Date Range Print

The Agencyclick Plus upgrade includes the ability to
modify the default editable date range in the availability calendar.
The date range is set to 7 days in a basic account; in an Agencyclick
Plus account the range can be set in the Admin > Agency Settings page
(minimum is 5 days). Refer to screenshot below.
